Here are the steps from Help:

1.Enable and setup Document Management (see Setting-up Document Management) – Verified
2.Open the document in eaDocX in the normal way, (I’m using the menu option “Open Word Document” which I hope is the “normal way” 🙂 )
and re-generate it (Full Generate) – Generation works perfectly.

3.You’ll then be asked to provide some details about the document: – This does not happen.
