Open all elements in a package
Choose “Open elements in sheet” and eaSheets will open a spreadsheet containing all the elements and instances of elements in the package, and their child elements.
The first two columns are always the Element Type and Name. Additional columns show the content of other fields of those elements, but only when at least one of those elements has a ‘non-default’ value. If no additional columns are populated, that means none of the elements in this package have been edited.
To edit the contents in the sheet, including adding or removing columns, select the Show/Hide columns icon 
and Choose Columns. Include/Exclude all the element types as well as fields and tagged values from the contents of that package. And set the order in which they appear.
