Hyperlinks in a table

I am hyperlinking to elements later in the same document.

The report invariably looses the link. The only pattern I have seen is that it generates correctly every 1st time that the element report is created. When regenerating the same document the hyperlinks are missing (the attribute still displays though)

Are you doing anything between the first and second ‘generates’ ?
