Duplicate Entries in Version History Table

hello,

I’m getting duplicate entries in the version history table, in other words each entry is repeating itself throughout the columns

Any thoughts?

Guys, this has been corrected by deleting the duplicate entries in the profile , how the duplicate entries got there is another matter
