Insert Text between two section marks

Anyone knows how to insert a line text between two section marks. E.g in the attachment, I want two add a title “Document Roles” after the “end” of the first section.

– ‘cut’ the whole of the previous section: from
[Section: Document_versions]
..to..
[End]
..then paste them a bit higher up in the document.
You may need to add some empty line above the [Section:..] bookmark.
