    Since version 3.4 a generated glossary only has one (the first) item listed.
    This is still the case with version 3.4.1.2

    What can I do?

    Quite right – don’t know how this got broken.
    Will be fixed in the next maintenance release. I will update this posting when the release is available.

    Yes, this fixes the Glossary problem.
    Now the ModelViews do not print again. This was fixed in 3.4.1.2
