Doc info not working - eaTeamWorks

When I put in the doc info it uses the first line of the table as the heading, which is ugly. So I’ve moved the section from h1 to h0, so that it doesn’t have a word heading 1 title. However, Now the ‘doc info’ section is just empty. Any ideas why?

I’ve sorted it. I needed to change it from inline to table formatting.
