Collaboration checkbox not enabled

We’re working to trial EADOCX collaboration. Server is being installed. Configured document management with the information received from IT. Not actually connected to the server yet. Downloaded and installed the collaboration edition. However, the Collaboration checkbox in the EADOCX preview pane never enables. Thoughts?

To get this to work
(1) you need to have a Collaboration Edition licence (or the Trial version)
(2) the document needs to be using eaDocX Document Management.
