Editing Diagram connectors in a spreadsheet

Displaying connectors

1. Choose a diagram, and select Specialize / eaSheets / open diagram connectors
2. This will show you all the connectors in the diagram:
   • Connector type
   • Source element name
   • Destination element name
   • Direction

You can now:

Show more information about the connectors

1. Choose the icon, and see what other data you can show about the connectors, such as notes, alias etc

Edit Connectors

1. Change values in the sheet, and press ‘IMPORT to EA’

Delete Connectors

1. Just remove the related element name from a cell in the ‘Connector Type’ column to delete the connector to that element. At the point you save into EA you will be prompted to confirm the connector deletion.

Delete Connected elements

1. To delete a connected element, type ‘Delete’ into the cell in the Connector type column. Note this is deliberately case sensitive, so that you think a bit before deleting elements.
