Can't enter License Info?

We are successfully running eaDocX v3.3.15.3 on several Windows 7 machines that are running EA v10. We have one machine where we cannot enter the License info, though. All of the fields on the ‘Enter New License Key’ tab on the eaDocX License Information dialogue box are disabled. Any suggestions as to why this would be happening?
