Collaboration Server _ Collaboration Details Grey

Running 3.6.2.7
Cannot get the ‘Collaboration Details’ selection to not be Greyed out.
This worked in the trial version but not 3.6.2.7. and I am working with the same settings as the trial version.
Any Suggestions?

Once I am past this step backward I will be tackling having the right side comments show up in the collaboration web page. I am hoping that this version might solve its absence.
Any suggestions on that front too?

The Collaboration Details option is only enabled if you have a valid Collaboration Edition licence on your machine,I thought there were other checks, but that seems to be it (at 3.6.2.x)
