Hi,
The Manual cross references topic explains that eaDocX supports cross references to Operations and Attributes.
Now when you create a document, eaDocX will automatically create a hyperlink to the referenced item, provided the item is elsehere in the in the document. This could be to any of a Package, Element, Diagram, Operation or Attribute.
Yet the help file contradicts this.
Attribute / Operation: Not supported.
Which is correct? Currently it seems that it inserts the hyperlink yet it doesn’t work… And if this isn’t supported, is this on the roadmap? It would be very useful.
Thanks
You can tell we were confused ourselves! The truth was that is wasn’t possible , but we’ve fixed that in the December maintenance release (3.3.15.3) now available on the website.
Well spotted!
Great — thanks for the response. I look forward to the update.
