Hidden Word Dialogues

I have come across this a couple of times in other situations, but there are times when a Word function is initiated and the system grinds to a halt because a Word Dialogue pops up but is behind the active windows.

An example: From an open document with a table of contents, save as pdf. Provided the option to update fields on save is true, Word displays a dialogue to Update page numbers only or Whole table. But the dialogue is hidden.

I think in general that you can minimise and then maximise EA and the dialogue appears, but its not good behaviour.
