Improve printing Checklist & Structure tag values

Structure tags print as comma-separated lists with no sub-heads. Checklists print as comma-separated lists of ones (checked), and zeros (unchecked). Would like to be able to print them as displayed in the tool. See attached document for examples.

Have now written scripts to handle both of these tag value types
