Section Rename not working

Bit less important than the previous bug but Section rename doesn’t seem to work under the following conditions:
a) The section is the first section
b) There is no text preceding the section; i.e. the section is the first item in the document.

The simple workaround is to add a couple of carriage returns in front of the section.
