Strange behaviour when making manual changes

I was reading through a generated document (WORD) when I came across a minor mistake so, not being to help myself I edited the document. No problem there, but shortly after, I closed down eaDocX to be presented with a dialogue asking if I wanted to save, not save or cancel. I clicked cancel, only for eaDocX to shut down. ????? Surely that’s the NOT SAVE behaviour? Cancel means uhoh, back to the document!!

Tried it again and there is no NOT SAVE, just SAVE or CANCEL, so my original observation stands.
