unable to show the "Figure" field code

dear all,

I have the following problem: In a document, whose layout is provided and fixed, I have added a section that contain a diagram. Unfortunately the caption Figure 1: …. does not appear in the word doc I have checked the setting option related to the diagram as shown in Doc1. The resulting word doc is shown in Doc2. Any ideas to restore the Figure Fields code?
