    Thanks, I was getting confused. I still need a resolution to the profile and sections being ‘lost’ when I reload a file. I am using Office 2003, would that be a factor?

    Yes, using english language, locale United Kingdom (have seen earlier post!)

    I am still having the problem, any idea when you might have a resolution? I was going to demo to our users and this would not look good. Furthermore, I just realised that when I reopened the document it had not only lost the profile but also all the links to sections in EA so I can not test versioning and change marking reliably.

    We need to standardise our documents and apply new profile versions to existing documents if the standard layout changes. From what is said above I am not sure that eaDocX will support this.
