eaDocX Licence Service fail to start

Hello,

I am trying to start the eaDocX Licence Service Application but I have an error message :
“Service Status : Stopped. Error : Le processus ne peut pas accéder au fichier car ce fichier est utilisé par un autre processus”

Which, in English, would be something like :
“Service Status : Stopped. Error : the process can’t access the fil because this file is used by another process”

Can you give me some advices to solve the problem ?

We have not seen this error before, but we suggest using one of the many ‘utility’ tools which can be found on the ‘net to find out which process is using the file, and stopping that process.
