Hello,

I need to download the eaDocX Full msi file.

We have a floating license eaDocX Pro Floating version (that the company bought less than 12 months ago), but when I try to enter it in my account (as specified to be allowed to download the customer version), it says that you have no such record (“Sorry but that licence key does not match our records. Please check you have entered it correctly by editing your profile.”)…
The same license has been checked in the trial version.

What can I do to solve the issue?
