I installed EA10 trial and EADocx trial.
In my project browser I can use EAdocX, I can see the popup menu.
But when I go to Extensions->EaDocx in the main menu, it is empty. I need this to re open my documnent.
What went wrong?
Has your machine had eaDocX versions before? Or older EA versions ? Or older Office versions?
Is eaDocX in the list of Extensions ?

It is strange that the popup menu in de project browser works, but not in the main menu.
Can you switch on the eaDocX Trace, so that you can then send me any errors which are logged there ?
Hi,
GetMenuItems happens when I click eadocx from the extensions menu. Then I just get 1 white (empty) menu item.
Checking for licence features happens when I right click in the project browser on the EadocX popup menu.

Same here. I want to open a Word file and the only way to do this is the menu Extensions -> eaDocX. But since today it has no menu-items anymore.
Yesterdag it worked. Nothing changed in the configuration.
I uninstalled both EA10 and EADocX.
Then I reinstalled EA 9.3 and EaDocX 3.2.5.2
This solved my issue, I can see the menu now.
But I can’t use my EA10 !
I think I may have found the problem.
I just added some new function to allow you to choose which Word document template to use when creating a new document, and this changes the menu options which are available on the ‘eaDocX’ main menu. This uses some environment variables on the machine, and it looks like there’s more which can go wrong than I thought. I’ve made it ‘safe’, so I think this should go away.

Hi,
I downgraded my EA10 to EA9.3, uninstalled/reinstalled eadocx (trial – which I have used for 2 days), now I get this: “You will need to enter a eaDocX product key before you can use eaDocX”
I reinstalled the trial which I just downloaded and the trial works now.
Works fine!
