    Hi

    We have set up the LSA to generate Floating licences for eaDocX on a server.

    On a new laptop I have installed Enterprise Architect, installed licence, and installed eaDocX..

    It looks like eaDocX runs with Enterprise Architect. When I open EA I get a message pop up “eaDocX Product Key Required. You will need to enter an eaDocX product key before you can use eaDocX”

    I was expecting a box to pop up to put our server path in for the floating licence. I put the path in the browser and can see we have 2 floating licences

    If you go the eaDocX menu and select Licence Information, you’ll be able to enter the LSA location and your floating key.
