New Workbook, selecting Class element error

New Workbook, selecting Class element error with Oracle 11g gives this error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers [-214717900]
[Oracle][ODBC]{Ora}ORA-00904: “Class”: invalid identifier

Also, possibly related, I have just tried exporting 708 classes to Excel, from our Oracle hosted database, showing just the Alias column. EA went into ‘Not Responding’ big time; taking over one hour to complete the modest export. When eadocx finished we got the above error message again.

Using eadocx corp edition 3.8.4.3 and EA v 12. Oracle 11g.

Ive repeated the above with 4 columns worth and this time it took 47 minutes. Colleagues at nearby desks are also using EA to edit the database concurrently and are reporting no performance issues so it appears there is something specifically not well with the way eadocx is working with EA in this case.
