Server floating license issue, expired license

We currently have a floating license runnig from a server and we have 4 staff using this without any issues. I have recently installed the software for another staff member but we are not able to install the license. It tells us that the license is expired. When I look at the license server I can see that I have connected to it and I now have the license in use for x minutes but the licese is not installed for the PC.

I have inclused a pic of the error message and the connection at the server.

I have manually installed Sparx and EADocX on a test PC and I have the same issue, expired license.
