EA Docx Parent Child Relationship elements

While generating excel not able to find the elements parent child relationship for activity, for eg. from activity to child activity is not found and to activity for parent activity element is not found. Which elements shall I select to generate the spreadsheet? Also, for control points, there is no element which shows the link between control point object and activity? Which element shows that linkage?
