Conditional Formatting

With eaDocX you can add conditional formatting to Inline paragraphs, cells within tables and cells within a Matrix Report.

Element profiles

For Inline or Table element profiles, click the Conditional Formatting icon: in the element Profile editor.

This lets you define a set of rules which will apply to a single attribute or cell.

You can set:

Rule type (see below)
Conditions for that rule type (see below)
Relacement textÂ – text to use when the rule & condition are met
Back color – shading color, for the text background (inline) or the cell (table or matrix)
Text color
Wether to apply this to the whole row (inline only). For example, the rule might say Text, same as ‘Wibble’ back color = red, which in a table will make all the cells in the row color Red if the text in the cell = ‘Wibble’.
