Saving review feedback
When aiExpert provides feedback on your model, the results are returned as a set of Model Issues. These are observations, warnings, or suggestions made by the AI based on standards and best practices.
To save these, from the ‘Results from aiExpert’ page, choose ‘Save results to EA’, and choose a package in which to pt the new elements. You must have write access to this package
Saving these issues as EA elements lets you:
-
Keep a permanent record of the review, so you can revisit it later.
-
Open the issues in a spreadsheet tool like eaSheets for sorting, filtering, and analysis.
-
Export the results to Excel for wider sharing.
-
Include them in a document generated with eaDocX, alongside the diagrams and elements being reviewed.
Important note
Do not save Model Issues inside the same package or diagram you just reviewed. If you do, the next time you send that package to the LLM it will also read the review comments â and may end up reviewing the feedback instead of your model. Always keep review issues in a separate package, clearly marked for that purpose.
Benefits
-
Maintain a history of reviews for audit or learning purposes.
-
Share targeted feedback with colleagues without altering the main model.
-
Build a continuous improvement cycle by revisiting old reviews over time.
