Passphrase for private API keys
If you use your own LLM (ChatGPT or Gemini) account, or you use a local LLM, then you need an API in order to access those services.
That key is stored in your local settings, but it is password protected.
For Administrators
If you are an EA administrator, when you setup your private LLM account, or your local LLM instance, you mushy create a passphrase to keep your API secure. You will need to give this passphrase to aiExpert users, and they will nee to enter it each time they use aiExpert. It will be kept in their EA session, so they don’t need to enter it each time they check a package or diagram – just once each time they use EA.
For Users
You EA Administrator should have given you this passphrase when they enabled aiExpert for you. You will need to enter it each time you use EA. aiExpert will remember the phrase as long as you have EA open.
