Check a document
Model Expert can check the contents of an eaDocX document.
If your document contains some package-based sections, then eaDocX will list those sections, and, if they are managed by a Model Expert Reference Model, it will check the contents of the package against that Reference Model.
If the package is not managed, then you can still check the contents against a Reference Model by choosing one from the drop-down list.
The results column shows a happy, neutral or sad face, and clicking on this icon shows you the results of the check as a list of violations.
If your document contains other section types, such as reports or a glossary of document information, Model Expert cannot check these kinds of sections, as they can’t have a Reference Model.
Access:
Open any eaDocX document in EA and select Model Expert in the eaDocX document menu, then follow the instructions.
